Village Plan Training Event - February 2008
On 29th February 2008, Paulton Village Hall was the venue for a training event pdelivered by Jacqui Ward of
Community Action designed to develop the awareness for a number of our local villages of themes that can be included in Parish Plans, icluding using the experiences gained by others, Co-operatives and Social Enterprises for re-energising local economies and sustainability in plans..
Along with members of the Paulton Community Plan Steering Group we were pleased to welcom representatives from the village plan steering groups of Bathford, Peasedown St John, Saltford, Timsbury and others to our Village Hall.
We also had the pleasure of sharing our experiences and additionally Steve Nolan from our group gave a presentation on "Making Plan Actions Sustainable", which was well received by those attending.
